(Associate) Project & Event Manager (m/f/d)
At RABONA, we manage numerous creators, streamers, and influencers in the German-speaking market. For some of our creators (such as EliasN97), we regularly plan and host events that are broadcast live on platforms such as Twitch, RTL+, or Joyn.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us at the earliest possible date as an
(Associate) Project & Event Manager (m/f/d).
Your profile
Completed university degree, e.g., in Sports Management, Event Management, or a completed commercial vocational training qualification, e.g., Event Management Assistant, Tourism & Event Management Assistant (m/f/d)
Ideally a career starter with initial professional experience in event management and live events
Confident in using MS Office applications
Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities
Team-oriented, independent, and structured working style
Ability to work under pressure and time flexibility, including evenings and weekends
Your Role
Support in all planning activities and on-site execution related to RABONA events, such as:
Coordination of different trades and service providers
On-site contact person for clients, partners, service providers, and event locations
Venue scouting
Hotel & travel planning
Accreditation & security management
Audience & guest management as well as ticketing (for public events)
Merchandising
Catering
Event communication
Production support
Supporting the project lead
Additional special tasks depending on the event
Depending on your experience, you will independently take responsibility for specific sub-projects or entire events.

(Associate) Graphic Designer (m/f/d)
At RABONA, we manage numerous creators, streamers, and influencers across the German-speaking market. For several of our creators (such as EliasN97), we regularly plan and host events that are broadcast live on platforms like Twitch, RTL+, or Joyn. In addition, we develop creative campaigns and visual concepts for our creators, partners, and brands.
Graphic Designer (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as an (Associate) Graphic Designer (m/f/d).
Your profile
Completed studies in graphic design, communication design, media design, or a completed apprenticeship in a creative field (e.g. media designer), or a comparable qualification
Ideally an entry-level professional with initial experience in graphic design, e.g. through internships, working student positions, or freelance projects
Confident handling of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), ideally with initial knowledge of After Effects or Premiere
A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and current design trends in social media, gaming, and entertainment
A team-oriented, independent, and structured way of working
Ability to work under time pressure and respond flexibly to short-notice requirements (e.g. around live events)
Your Role
Collaborating on all design-related tasks within the RABONA creator and event environment, such as:
Conceiving and creating social media graphics for Instagram and other platforms
Developing event designs (logo, branding, and other assets)
Creating presentations, pitch decks, and campaign materials for clients and partners
Designing overlays and streaming assets for our creators
Further developing and maintaining existing corporate identity guidelines
Working closely with the Creator Management and Event teams on the visual execution of campaigns
Additional creative special projects depending on the assignment
Depending on your experience, you will independently manage design projects or support the team on larger campaigns.
