(Associate) Project & Event Manager (m/f/d)
At RABONA, we manage numerous creators, streamers, and influencers in the German-speaking market. For some of our creators (such as EliasN97), we regularly plan and host events that are broadcast live on platforms such as Twitch, RTL+, or Joyn.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us at the earliest possible date as an
(Associate) Project & Event Manager (m/f/d).
Your profile
Completed university degree, e.g., in Sports Management, Event Management, or a completed commercial vocational training qualification, e.g., Event Management Assistant, Tourism & Event Management Assistant (m/f/d)
Ideally a career starter with initial professional experience in event management and live events
Confident in using MS Office applications
Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities
Team-oriented, independent, and structured working style
Ability to work under pressure and time flexibility, including evenings and weekends
Your Role
Support in all planning activities and on-site execution related to RABONA events, such as:
Coordination of different trades and service providers
On-site contact person for clients, partners, service providers, and event locations
Venue scouting
Hotel & travel planning
Accreditation & security management
Audience & guest management as well as ticketing (for public events)
Merchandising
Catering
Event communication
Production support
Supporting the project lead
Additional special tasks depending on the event
Depending on your experience, you will independently take responsibility for specific sub-projects or entire events.
